Built for ADHD brains

Turn your notes into a lesson you can actually finish.

Upload what you need to study. Strivo turns it into short, visual sections, tests you as you go, and gives you points for every step. No streaks. No shame.

1The big picture1 / 5

A memory has to survive three stages

  1. 1EncodingGetting it in
  2. 2StorageKeeping it
  3. 3RetrievalGetting it back out

Try it

You recognize an answer when you see it in your notes but couldn't have produced it yourself. Which stage is weak?

How it works

From a pile of notes to done in about ten minutes.

  1. 1

Drop in what you need to study

A PDF, your lecture notes, a chapter you pasted. Whatever the exam is on.

  2. 2

Get a lesson, one piece at a time

Short sections with diagrams, comparisons and examples. A quick question after each one unlocks the next.

  3. 3

    Play it until it sticks

Flashcards that bring back what you missed, a quiz at the end, and points for every step.

Inside a lesson

Not a summary. Something you can see.

Each idea gets the shape that fits it: a flow for a process, cards side by side for a comparison, a worked example, a warning for the mistake everyone makes.

These are real blocks from the sample lesson.

Cramming

  • One long session
  • Feels fluent that night
  • Fades within days
  • Works for tomorrow, not for the final

Spacing

  • Several short sessions
  • Feels harder each time
  • Lasts for weeks
  • Same total time, better result

Why it works when other apps don't

Made for the way your attention actually behaves.

One thing on screen

No wall of text. You see one short section, answer one question, move on.

A reward every couple of minutes

Points, levels and achievements for finishing sections, not for sitting still for an hour.

No streaks to lose

Miss a week? Nothing resets. Your days studied only ever go up, and coming back earns you something.

Built on how memory works

Testing yourself beats rereading, so the testing is built in. Missed cards come back sooner.

Achievements

Twelve to unlock. None you can lose.

You earn them for finishing lessons, getting checks right and showing up, including showing up again after time away.

Questions

Is Strivo only for people with ADHD?

No. It's designed around what ADHD brains need: short pieces, constant feedback and nothing that punishes a bad week. That turns out to work well for most people who find studying hard to start.

What can I upload?

PDFs with real text in them, plain text and markdown files, or anything you paste in. Scanned PDFs that are only images don't work yet, so paste the text instead. One lesson covers up to about 30 pages.

Can I trust what the lesson says?

The lesson is built only from what you upload, and the AI is told not to add outside facts. It can still make mistakes, so treat it as a study aid and check anything that looks off against your original material.

What happens to what I upload?

Your material is sent to an AI provider to build your lesson, then stored with your account so you can come back to it. Nobody else sees your lessons, and we don't sell your data.

How much does it cost?

Free gets you three new lessons a week and unlimited practice. A paid plan with video lessons and no weekly limit is coming later.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. It runs in any modern browser, phone included. There's nothing to install.

Got something to study tonight?

Upload it now and you'll be on your first section in about a minute.
